Ben Tillotson and his team ( Ben 2 and Jamie ) provide an outstanding level of work and customer service. Ben is highly skilled and goes the extra mile so his customers are happy. I had damp proofing done in two rooms at once and although it was a obviously a messy job, the guys cleaned up constantly and left me with a tidy house. Don’t look anywhere else because you won’t find anyone better. Good price too.

Ben Tillotson and Ben spent two days putting in a DPC and re-plastering after we had damp cavity wall insulation removed. We couldn't be more impressed: timely and clear communication and honest opinion of what options might work. We opted to have the DPC and received a competitive quote, high end materials, obvious pride in their work and very tidy and efficient workmanship.Ben went above and beyond, both arriving and working outside in the recent snow and checking nearby drains and guttering to trouble shoot for the future. He also sourced the plaster from somewhere else at short notice.He's a really friendly and cheerful person to deal with and it's such a relief to finally feel the problem is sorted after such a long time.Do it once and do it right!""

If there was an option for ten stars or more, that’s what I would have given Ben and his team. I have had so many issues with a wall and took it down three times. I decided to get someone else and I came across Tillotson Damp Solutions and it was another review that sold it for me. Boy was they right, this guy could not do enough for me, I was on holiday and he kept me informed with photos off every stage. My son got to the house and complimented the work well done, he is a top lad and left the house spotless, you would have never known he had been there. Do not go any further - ring him today and it will be money well spent. Amazing job Ben, can’t thank you enough for going out your way to help me.

Ben did some damp proofing for me. He is a genuinely lovely, friendly bloke and I would have no hesitation in recommending his firm. Ben’s aim is to do a good job and he will go above and beyond to make sure he gives customer satisfaction. There is no problem getting hold of him as he is always available on his mobile. He and his colleague (also Ben!) were so respectful of my home. They moved and covered furniture before they started work. They were there for 3 days and every day they left the house clean and tidy and removed all waste as they went along. He kept me up to date about the work every step of the way. At the end of the work they put the furniture back, cleaned up and even organised my cushions on my sofas!

Ben was fantastic from 1st getting in touch with him to finishing the job& tidying everything away perfectly. Really good communication about the work, possible options& times. Both him& his colleague worked really hard& thoroughly. They were a pleasure to have in the house- you could tell were genuinely nice guys& passionate about what they did. I would highly recommend this company to anybody , Ben has restored my faith in tradesman , this company, the owner Ben can not do enough from explaining things when he comes out to quote jobs , to a curtesy call the night before he dose the job , the prep work is second to none covering everything up , and the clean up work after the work has been completed is again faultless Ben also keeps you updated through the days the work is being completed and also send you pictures , 10 out of 10 and more if I could , we’ll done Ben .

Ben was amazing from start to finish. Part fitted and installed before some companies could even fit us in for a quote, I believe it was 9 days from initially contacting Ben to having our PIV unit fitted. Price was also very reasonable and he didn’t try to sell us any extras that we didn’t need. He worked around our schedule and was professional throughout. Both Ben and his other colleague Ben tidied up after themselves, wouldn’t even know they had been. Same for their electrician Tony. And the best thing, less than a week later and the condensation has GONE!!!
