The whole experience, from receiving all the information I requested from Dianna, to the suggested cruise and the fabulous cruise experience, was excellent. I was a little apprehensive about the trip, as it was my first experience of this type of holiday. My fears quickly disappeared and where replaced by a taste of what a cruise had to offer. From the customer service provided by the staff of the cruise ship, in all of the areas, surpassed my expectations. Nothing was to much trouble. The staff were very professional and went above and beyond in the service they provided, which was consistent across all areas of the ship, from the choice of food, in the various restaurants, not to mention the fantastic specialty dining options. The great choice in beverages, entertainment and off shore excursions and much more !

We used Diana at Not Just Travel to book a 6 night stay in Mallorca in April 2022 for a cycling holiday. It was the first time we had visited the island, so we didn’t have much knowledge about the location; turns out it’s cycling paradise!We ended up with a perfect hotel just outside Puerto Pollensa, within walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurant.The booking process was simple, fast and painless! The price was great and ended up beating the price on the Jet2 website which already had £100 off. Thank you!We shall we booking again very soon!
