Chaotic but understandable under the circumstances re covid.I previously completed the form online and submitted advising I would drop the items off. This was not answered so I managed to speak with someone on the phone and I made an arrangement to attend today (24th August 21) to drop off 4 items.I turned up to be told I would have a long wait. Also how could I confirm they would be taken off my record if no receipt provided? Dropped off 4 items, no receipt given and just hope on leaving written details that they will be removed from my record on their records.Not a good system at all ..
