My girlfriend came here to buy me a watch and was mis-sold a womens watch. She went straight back to exchange and they told her no exchanges even though it was their fault for selling her a womens watch that they claimed is unisex when even on the thomas sabo website its listed as womens. Why would I wear a 30mm watch. Terrible customer service and disrespectful staff. Mis-selling and taking advantage of people. She ended up buying the right watch and spending double. Avoid this place as they don't care and just want your money by scamming people.

What a lovely store this is , A lovely lady called Mel helped us find exactly what we were looking for , nothing was to much trouble , we felt so welcome, will definitely be back , thankyou Mel .

Shocked and very disappointed at the service we received from a lady, or lack off. I wanted a particular size of ring and initially she was helpful then service went down hill fast to the point of being very rude. The ring she got out didn’t seem to fit like my own, she didn’t t seem interested in sizing or comparing the rings just a shrug of the shoulders, but she did do it in the end. She then turned away from us and started talking to another customer cutting right over us and basically shutting us down as appeared she could not be bothered serving us. We have spent a lot here over time and this Christmas too. Would have taken everything back is the items hadn’t been worn. Always received amazing service with a smile here but there is always one which lets it down but this is a big time let down. Never go back now, service was just rude and made to feel like a total inconvenience

Went into the store last week as I felt like treating myself. Mel was amazing. She was attentive and friendly. She really helped me find what I was looking for even though I didn’t know what that was! Her own jewellery looked great so that inspired me! Thank you Mel. I hope you’re in next time we come over.

Just wanted to say how excellent the service I received today was. Belle was unbelievably helpful and patient and the bracelet we eventually chose is beautiful and the engraving is perfect. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Please pass on my thanks to the lovely staff members you have.

Bought a watch for my wife's birthday at the Cheshire Oaks branch. Unfortunately there was a problem with it which was a bit upsetting for my wife. However, I needn't have worried, Gayle went out of her way to make sure the problem was rectified. It culminated in the watch being replaced with a new one which my wife is now delighted with.It's not about the service when you buy something that's key, it's how you react when something goes wrong.Gayle sorted this in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.She is a credit to your company and I have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire Oaks Thomas Sabo....Thank youGraham & Sue Fletcher

Spoke to Oliver in the Cheshire Oaks outlet store. They were very friendly and made me feel welcomed into the store. They made the process of chosing what I wanted and finding the right ring size super easy. One happy customer.

What a lovely store with lovely staff! I was served by Alisha (I think that was her name) and what an amazing person. I called her as I was coming from far away and asked if they had an item in stock. When I went into the store and explained she was so helpful. Really friendly and chatty person. She deserves a lot of praise!

Love this shop! Unusual and different style. They have good offers on too were you can get upto and extra 30% off the already discounted price! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff! I am a regular.
