Really good service from Jackie & Tony. I ordered Flexyfoot crutches in a colour they don't normally hold in stock. My emails were responded to promptly (even though they were on a Xmas break!) and with all the information I required. When I picked them up, Tony checked whether they needed adjusting for height. This is a really friendly, family business (plus Grace, who helped me try the crutches initially). Glad you're my local mobility store, it's a pleasure to shop here :)

Terrible experience. Tony did not get off his chair to help me. I asked the price of a shoe . He could not even be bothered to look up the price.

Really good shop to buy your mobility aids. Not at all expensive, no point going on line when you try and buy here. In fact they discourage you from buying the wrong product for your needs. We bought a fantastic wheelchair and stroller for my mum. We also almost trashed the shop by trying things out but they were not phased by it.We will definitely buy items from there again.

5 star service and quality products.The MNL staff are truly amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly, they supplied us with an array of catalogues and information which was instrumental in helping us to upgrade to a much more comfortable and more rugged wheelchair for our youngest child.For someone who is bound to a wheelchair having one with superior support makes all the difference to their life and travel experiences.We will definitely be using them for all of our mobility needs.
