Dropped my partner for a shave due to an injury. The staff was rude & not very pleasant at all. They only spoke in their own language & you could tell it was about the clients & over their heads (as a women you no good service & bad service) this would be a bad service for a woman. Oldswinford Golden Razor is the one for us & it knocks this lot out the park.

Place has been refurbished recently to a high standard. Staff are polite, helpful and go the extra mile with clippers, hair wash, and hair products including cologne. Reasonable prices.

First time going here, despite seeing it lots of times.I honestly am really happy with the hair cut. Good price also and staff were very friendly.Will be going again next time!

This place is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. Staff are absolutely disgraceful. Had a massive queue but the other guy just decides to fiddle with towels in the back and sit around with 1 cutting. AVOID this place - staff are SO rude

Lots of care and attention put into cutting one's hair. By far the best haircut I've had!

Friendly service and all round great barbers

Went back to the shop to correct glaring piece of uneven hair that had been missed when the man cut my hair, it was a really poor job to be fair, went back to the shop to correct it and the guy who cut it was EXTREMELY obnoxious and pretty much downright antagonisticly rude and disrespectful - I had to fight my case with him before he would even agree to correct what he missed, and all throughout he was just extremely unprofessional. The other two guys in the shop were civil, but no official apology was forthcoming n truthfully I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a blatant disregard and disrespect for a customer in my life; to be fair it might’ve been ok had the one offending man had not been there but overall it was an extremely unpleasant experience and I can’t honestly say I’d recommend it

I always use diamond scissors in Stourbridge. Always very friendly and welcoming...and very good at cutting hair with a low price
