Bourne Valley Nature Reserve
Great place for a nature walk, only it's spoilt by the amount of dog poo from people who think it's a toilet for their dogs! Perhaps there should be more poo bins?

Pretty but a little ruined by the sheer amount of dogs around.Would be nice if we could have a green space where dogs aren't allowed.Other than that, it's lovely.

Was a lovely day so that will affect visit. Good wide tracks, areas left to go wild but large areas of grass for kids and dogs to play. Little stream crossed by bridges along route. Park benches scattered about. Mix of woods and heath. Saw blue butterfly, damsel fly and buzzard overhead.

This is a great place to walk. As long as everyone has their dogs under control it is a fantastic place to exercise dogs too. Could do without the odd idiot that thinks it is OK to bring a motorbike or quad bike onto the Reserve against the rules though. Good for kids with playground and skateboard park. Absolutely lovely.

Absolutely brilliant for dog walking, it's only 10 minutes from our house but it's a place of sanctuary in this crazy world right now.

Nice and clean, not a great deal of actual bins for dog pop or normal rubbish, but nevertheless, quite tidy! Further in there is a BMX/skateboard ramp/half-pipe bit and some sort of kiddy park along with a small pond.

Fancy a countryside walk in the middle of town? This nature reserve has about 10km of trails along with a kids park and a stream and lake. Highly recommended.
