Fantastic company even through these difficult times. Made a mistake with auto fill in my order. Delivery went to my business which is closed at the moment. Contacted them and explained. No problems. Sent the order back out. Great to see them looking after even the small companies.

We supplied Cheeky Panda to this business. They used to pay us in cheques which we found odd in this day and age. They then decided to rip off our brand with a brand called Panda soft. We stopped selling to them but they continue to advertise our products on their site despite the fact we don't supply them. Highly unethical cheap products and badly run business, avoid as either a supplier or a customer.

Do not order from this company, this was the one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, we ordered a pallet of tissue rolls being a dental practice we order large quantities of items as it suits us better, when the delivery man had come the whole pallet had fallen on to the floor the courier then admitted this is due to poor packaging of the company. Then our staff members where running half way down the road picking these rolls up and spent half of their morning doing this ! we then was told before placing the order we needed to tick for a tail lift to be provided, as a first time buyer I called the company and the woman guided me through the delivery on the phone she did not mention anything about the fact we needed a tail lift ?! the company director then had requested camera footage of the delivery man unloading the pallet which he said if we can prove the delivery man unloading without a fork lift we can request for a refund this was because he said the delivery man shouldn’t have unloaded the package without a fork lift!! After the footage being sent now we are now in a situation where we can’t do anything about this, you have to pay for the delivery to be picked up and also get the items palletised!! Also the QUALITY OF THE TISSUE PAPER IS NOT FIT TO STANDARD VERY CHEAP!!! After all the trouble we had to deal with and spending nearly £500 with the company the customer service has been absolutely terrible and they do not agree about you at all DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

We have been asked to pay £45.6 extra because the courier Galleon is using could not deliver to our business address due to roadwork. We suggested that they could deliver it to an alternative address which is not far from the business address and were asked to pay £45.6 as it is a different address. We have no control over the roadwork by Thames Water. Amazon had no issues of delivering to our business address despite the roadwork. After rounds of negotiation, we ended up paying £22.8 extra to deliver it to the alternative address. We will have to find alternative suppliers as this is not how you treat your long-term customer.

I order latex gloves, hand towels and toilet products from Galleon Supplies for the staff at a wholesale nursery.These guys are really easy to deal with over the phone or via the internet.Been using them for years and never let me down yet..Quick next day delivery too!!
