The Hockey Centre
Happy with the product. However, it was meant to arrive within 3 weeks. Placed order on the 29th November in time for Christmas and did not arrive until the 30th December. The main issue is lack of customer service. No phone call or email to say it was going to be late, why this had happened and after emailed to ask for any explanation or why it was late I got nothing. Only an automatic email when it had been dispatched to say it was arriving. Not good enough.

Awesome hockey shop with something to cater to for everyone. The ability to try out sticks in their hitting area is a big plus point. Wide selection of shoes and sizes but stick selection seemed a bit lacking compared to photos of previous stock levels. As other reviews have mentioned prices are not readily visible on all stock and there was a 10% reduction on most stock but it was not advertised anywhere. The knowledge and experience of the staff was first class, well worth spending a little over online prices to get the right product, in the right size and fits your needs first time. Well recommended.

No help what so ever.We ask the lad a few questions all we got was it's your personal choice.No net to practice hitting balls in.We walked away with out making a sale.Very disappointed. They Got all the gear, but no idear.

Great selection of sticks and accessories, knowledgeable and attentive staff. My son was the proverbial kid in a sweet shop, trying stick after stick in the hitting area - something desperately lacking elsewhere. We travelled over an hour to get there but it was time well spent. Would gladly spend a little more than other internet only" prices to benefit from the service but in fact I found the prices keen and walked out with a bargain. Will be back when my youngest needs to change sticks. Recommended wholeheartedly."

Kit ordered 2 months ago, delays in receiving it. Website stock is not accurate, part of the kit is in, but they won't dispatch it until the whole order is in. Complete farce.. Don't bother and use a better company

Having purchased several items of hockey goalkeeping kit from The Hockey Centre last year, I have recently been pleasantly surprised that they're as good at aftersales care as they are at selling items in the first place.The kit arrived quickly and what I wanted was in stock.Upon emailing them on an issue they responded to the email and we're able to assist with advice and guidance necessary to help.Highly recommend for their mercian range

I how found the staff to be knowlegeable, helpful and wanting to sell the right stick not the most expensive. I took my youngest daughter there before Christmas and they happily let her try out any stick she wanted. They compared a number of options before we went for a 20% carbon stick. I am on the way back to replace my other daughter's stick (bought from another retailer which she has grown out of).I have played hockey, and my daughters play competitively. I am by no means an expert but I know enough to recommend the good service and reasonable prices in this shop.

Helpful personnel and very friendly. Also very patient with newbies and after 15 minutes we came out with very good quality kit.
