SCAMMER DO NOT USE.I settled the invoice for the EPC report and heard nothing back from Andrea. I have made several phone calls and sent emails, but have been ignored and I have not received the EPC report. This woman is committing FRAUD and is not licensed under the Qudios Accreditation Scheme (as suggested on her website). I have made a record of all the evidence and will be reporting her to the relevant authorities.DO NOT USE.
