Claire and her team have always been brilliant, they were recommended by a friend and come to do a clean for us every 2 weeks. We're always so excited on cleaning day to come in to a beautifully clean home. They always do a great job and are really accommodating for changes in the household or timings of cleans when we need to change the day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. All cleaners from Bright and Beautiful Manchester have been very professional, arriving on time and always friendly. We use B&B for our office cleaning, the team are reliable, friendly and conscientious. The weekly service delivers everything we require for a busy working environment and the professional setup makes it simple to manage with feedback systems, invoices, support staff and action plans.

I left no review originally but the owner has asked me to leave feedback as I am not a client. I am a former customer who paid the far above market rates for the 'service' (£85). After a so so first clean, the second 2hr clean was completed whilst I was out of the house for 48 minutes. If we assume I just missed the cleaners as they arrived and left, they did 45 minute cleaning at most - not including the toilet, the fridge door (specifically requested after being missed in the prior week), the bathroom floor, several surfaces and much more. We shared photos with the owner, they offered to do some additional ironing(?!) next time, obviously I declined.I've had several good cleaners over the years, we forked out extra for B&B as we were looking for a premium service, this was easily the worst clean and post clean service we have ever received. Avoid.

I am very impressed with the work that the team does in my flat. I came home from work to see everything cleans, the whole flat smells nice, even surfaces (like top of bookshelves) that are rather cluttered turned magically cleana and very tidy! I felt ashamed sometimes if I had no time to wash my dishes before going to work, because when I came home they're all washed.My bathroom is so clean, bright and beautiful :-) and smells nice. PLUS..... the team always folds the toilet roll 'hotel style'. It's the little detail like this that personalise their service.Another plus point is that all the employees are paid fairly, get proper PAYE and benefit and DBS checked. It's safe, ethical, and everyone so friendly and lovely.I would recommend Bright & Beatiful Manchester to everyone who like a proper clean home like me. I'm fussy with a strand of OCD, but the team exceed my standards! Love love love....

Poor experience with them, they are probably the most expensive cleaners in the centre but in the 10 months they cleaned there were 3 separate attempts to increase the price of a 1 hour clean.When we rejected all of them they then cancelled the contract on us but then tried to charge us for the 4 weeks cancellation noticeAs they had stated that month we did owe them a weeks payment and we were betrayed practically daily to pay them without them even sending an invoice and we had to send them the links from the government website on what an invoice should look like as they didn’t feel they needed to send one, clearly this is a company worth a cash flow problem.Found new cleaners that are 1/3 cheaper and do a good job so happy now

Normally very reluctant to use cleaning companies however, Bright and Beautiful gives a very personalised service ensuring that the same team clean your property each time. Very professional service through Claire who conducts a meeting to look at your property and assess all your needs to create a SOP for your cleaning. Very responsive to feedback.

Claire's team are excellent and Tuesday is now officially my favourite day as I love coming home to my apartment after they have been! Claire is lovely and immediately put me at ease when she visited my home on the initial visit. I am very happy with their service that I get from Claire and her team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.
