Super garden centre,great staff,all well experienced and friendly.Good prices,lots of non garden goods,gift ideas etc,some stunning originals and prints at low prices.Loads of parking too!

Great plants but very poor customer service. Having a loyalty card, but not being able to find it till after the £130 transaction was rung through the till, We were told that the purchases could not be added to my card. When they were informed that if that was the case, we would not be coming back, the assistant merely shrugged! We like to support local companies, even if they are more expensive, however, if this is how Ben Reid regard loyalty, our custom from now on will go else where.

Great place. Beautifully laid out. Just a shame there’s no coffee shop. Went there on a Sunday and was the only one there. Then went to Dobbies and it was mobbed! :( A cafe is needed!

It is our first visit the to Ben Reid in the 27 years we have lived in Aberdeenshire and I wish we had done so earlier. The range of plants is vast and beautiful with the majority being raised in house. The wee indoor garden center is well laid out and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
