Very easy place to find ( right behind Asda's fuel station)Loads of catalogues to flip through, very much like the system at Argos.If you can't find what your looking for ask as the staff are so helpful here.Also it's worth checking in on line and just calling in as they quite often have little deals on that save you alot of money.

Very good with social distancing, only two allowed in store, wait outside until a counter point is clear. NO catalogues available, so order online, or find your product codes before you go. Some PPE products sold out, so use the website local store stock check before you go.

Not good at all.Purchased on line for nextday delivery which did not happen.If you advertise and confirm nextday I store collection,then you need to stick to it.Messed my work up big time so won't be using them again.

I bought a Titan Wet Dry Vac from this branch in August. Today it starts smoking before catching fire. I was able to put it out, it was only being used to hoover a carpet in a home. Called support they said it should be taken to the store so it can be sent off for inspection. I take it to the store really just looking for them to take it seriously - it caught fire and its their own brand! Trainee keeps asking for a receipt, manager Luke reluctantly comes down and just says he's not talking to me until I give him a receipt. I just left it there and told them to deal with it and I'll contact head office. Screwfix are lucky I was able to put it out. Someone could have been killed.

Who doesn't love screwfix. We are so lucky in the UK. Cant get anything as cheap or as convenient as this. Only downside is I ordered click and collect and told in stock. When I arrived there was a mistake in their stock. But fair play they got the bits missing for the next day. I'm going to phone them in future on the stock availability as it was a bit of waste of time. But hey its really cheap
