Stoke house clearance

Very poor. Rang and arranged an assessment visit but they never showed. They did not answer the phone or the messages left. They may come out top in Google and have a nice web presence but cannot recommend at all with regards to delivering the service they promise. Later contacted me to say personal problems had hindered - but someone in the business could have contacted me to help me with my own personal problems.... The delay in finding alternative provision caused me to almost miss a deadline. Ho hum.
