Once again the service we received from Richard at EMG was fantastic and he made a potentially stressful sale much easier due to his honest communication and proactive approach.Richard always returned our calls, answered questions (no matter how daft!) and gave us full confidence throughout the process that the sale of our house was being handled professionally and efficiently.Despite a few curve balls being thrown our way (and an unresponsive solicitor on the other side) Richard went above and beyond to gain access to archaic documents and as a result helped get the sale through as quickly as possible.This is the 2nd time that we have chosen Richard to represent us, and we will not hesitate to use him in the future.Who knew a 5 star solicitor existed?!!

Having used multiple firms over the years we’ve finally found one that ticks all the boxes. We were introduced to EMG firm through Kumi L who has assisted us for some time now. Dealing with her never feels like a transaction and she treats us like family. She has many years of experience and her advice is exemplary, we’ve never regretted any decision she’s helped us make. Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew B who has been working our case. Like Kumi he is very professional, shows the same characteristics in terms of how we’re treated, keeps us updated and is always there when needed. Two of the best solicitors with a keen eye for detail making sure they get the best result for us. Unfortunately other firms have a tendency to call or email as they’re just leaving for the day or weekend so you have to wait until the next day or week to contact them but we have never experienced this with EMG and the two members above. So happy with your service and sorry for taking so long before we actually left a review. Thank you again.

EMG represented my ex wife while buying me out of a property, the service I have received has been appalling, being told monies could not be sent directly to me, only to a solicitor (they then did send me the monies when challenged) telling me they had to do a verbal ID check (they did not do a verbal ID check) and not forwarding on relevant documents. I have now been forced to raise a formal complaint. Avoid EMG at all costs.

Ashley and Lauren have just helped us with the sale of two properties and a purchase. They were both absolutely fantastic throughout and a real credit to EMG. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now, thank you so much.
