Master Dry Cleaner – Shoe Repair, Invisible Mending, Dry Cleaning Service In London

I gave my brand new suede shoes for dry cleaning as they had a small stain on them. They COMPLETELY ruined my shoes, now they have hundreds of stains, and they took of the colour + the stain was not removed. If you cannot clean it say so, dont ruin peoples shoes. Please.

I came in because I needed a rush job dry cleaning my suit for meeting that I had later that day. It is completely fair for an increased fee with an expedited timeline, the problem however is that not only was the suit ready over 30 minutes after the agreed upon completion time, but upon returning it there were still numerous creases, and worst of all, the lapel was ironed asymmetrically. That means the left vs right lapels we’re at completely different heights, with the left lapel ironed way too high over the button. Lazy work done poorly, I called regarding the issue and was hung up on. Perhaps if they take their time they would do better, but I will never be coming back with anything important.

I had used them for many years and they are exceptional, honest and helpful with an excellent memory of items and tailored services. They are always honest with what they can do then exceed expectations.Last year I entrusted them to clean my silk crepe, fresh water pearl buttoned wedding dress with structured boning not once, but twice.Once before celebration and once after, and they were astounding. The fabric is very fine and the pearl buttons they had let me know posed a challenge, see photo. They said they will be as gentle as possible on the dry clean. I knew I have a few spares should it go wrong so I decided to go for it. The price was reasonable too, 1/3 what typical wedding dress cleaners would quote and I am not keen on trusting this precious item to an unknown company.It was perfect both times it was cleaned. We use them regularly for shoe care and key care too.Highly recommend and trust worthy.
