The quote gave a clear informative proposal of any works and costs to solve the damp problems. The workers were excellent, very good communicators, pleasant, and punctual. They kept us informed of progress and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of every day and at completion of the works. A complex job in a circa 14th century building made of multiple materials. Highly recommend.

Every person I have interacted with has been professional, personable, and they take the time to explain what will be needed. Dave came to complete the survey and he took the time to explain things to me and was very professional. Richard and Tom came to complete the damp proofing and they were brilliant. They took the time to answer my questions, worked cleanly, tidied up after themselves at the end of each day and finished the work on time. The quality of their work war also top notch!Also, Diana has been great in scheduling all the work. She kept me informed of any changes and has been a delight to throughout.I highly recommend Tony Flower and Associates. They have a fantastic team and it's the people that make a business great.

Can't thank the Tony Flower team enough - they have helped us out on multiple occasions and done excellent work for a very fair price, always working within our budget. David is incredibly knowledgable, honest and overall just a very kind person. Diane is a pleasure to speak to and is always super positive and helpful, even when we've been stressed and overwhelmed with a leaking floor that needs immediate repair - she always fits us in as soon as possible! Rich and Tom who have come to do the work are just the best - our 2 year old is obsessed with watching them work and they couldn't be sweeter to him. We're kind of sad to not have them around the house anymore. Tony Flower is the only company we would ever contact for any damp related work, if we could give 10 stars we would!

We needed to get Helical bars fitted so that the structure above UPVC windows and doors were adequately supported on our house. Helifix recommended Tony Flower as authorised fitters and I am very pleased they did. Tony Flower were recommended to us when our home buyers survey indicated there was likely a damp issue. From first contact to arrange the damp survey to the necessary work being completed, they exceeded our expectations. Diane was brilliant, especially for accommodating a date change to our booking when our purchase was delayed. Richard and Tom who carried out the work were fantastic, really professional and they have done a truly excellent job - couldn't be happier with the service received and would thoroughly recommend this company!

David who carried out the survey was so helpful and provided a thorough report of the work to be carried out .
