McLaren Birmingham (Rybrook)

Customer service at its worst!! I called to make a booking for some warranty work that had been authorised by McLaren only to be told by the service advisor. You will have to wait 3 months . We do not offer courtesy cars either (Not that I asked). You will need to bring the car into us. I asked for his Dealer principal Email etc to be told “I can’t give it to you” Horrendous experience.Needless to say I booked the car in at one of Rybrooks other dealers in Bristol. Hopefully the experience there is not the same!!

I don't know the name of the lady at the front desk but she was extremely ignorant and kind of rude. However Dan was a great guy who didn't hesitate to answer and questions and made us feel very welcome hence the 4 stars.

An amazing car sales set on 2 floors. High class performance vehicles. Spotlessly clean with sales staff that know their job. I went with my brother to collect his 'new' toy ! Amazing service.

The arrogance of this dealer left me feeling rather let down after they refused to collect my 2 year old Mclaren with only 3000miles on it, which was suffering from major paint defects (bubbling paint). you need to bring the car into us..." was the answer

My go-to McLaren dealership. Really friendly staff. I come there time to time to see what new stock they have. Every visit is as good the last. Definitely recommend bringing family there. You can sit in that cars and take photos.

Spectacular. Staff are well versed on the particular brands that they trade and very helpful. The branch is immaculate. The cars are immaculate and the prices are what you would expect of these specialist brands

Purchased a McLaren 600LT a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The car is awesome and is as good as it gets. Their customer service is second to none. Only worth getting warranty from these guys if you own a McLaren as other companies such as Thorney Motorsport sell warranties that aren’t worth the paper they are printed on even when they slag McLaren centres off trying to push their warranty onto yourself. From my experience if you want a McLaren only buy from McLaren dealer

One of the worst experiences I have ever come across. The staff were very rude, not one smile in this place apart from the lady at the welcome desk.All seemed very stressed and didn’t even say a simple helloI took my son here as he’s obsessed with top end luxury cars, we had a day out around the local garages and this was worst garage.My son who is 6 wanted to ask a few questions about cars for his school project, all very rude didn’t give 2 minutes of their time.My son was then asked not to sit in any of the cars.I would seriously be upset if these were the people representing my company.The guys in the Rolls Royce section were okay, not friendly at all.Waste of time, would travel further to get a more pleasant welcoming if I was paying that kind of money.

Lots of expensive cars to look around. Only purchase with a minimum of 50k in your pocket!

I’ve been dealing with McLaren service in Birmingham, via the service manager called Andrew , as I had some issues with my 720s spider , all I can say what a pleasure to deal with, Andrew clearly goes the extra mile to get a customers car back to them as quick as possible, always keeping a professional approach and excellent customer service at its best .What a great member of staff he is .Thank you Andrew for your help and support getting my car back to me asap.Great people , great service and great value.Until my next service .Martin wright
