Excellent service. Contacted evening at 6.30pm. Took Laptop to him. Laptop returned next morning at 10am with new hard drive and windows installed. Mad sure I was happy with Laptop running before leaving.

Absolutely fabulous service. Edd collected the laptop one day and returned it the next for the price quoted - even though I think he did more work than originally thought! He showed me pictures of the issues. His communication was great and he was so very helpful. Thank you very much.

What an absolute STAR Ed at DCM is - couldnt have been more helpful! Im disabled and he even came and picked up the item to fix. Super fast solution the next morning and made a point of showing me the cheapest but most effective solution. No wonder he has all FIVE STAR reviews. TOTAL recommend - I will be to all my friends with PC emergencies! What a find! Thank you
