USA Nails

Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. After booking in advance for a manicure and a pedicure and confirming my appointment, on the day (and after I arrived and told to wait) they simply said they don't do pedicures!!! Do NOT recommend.

Great salon, nails always done to high standard & last between each infill. Really lovely team too! Would recommend!

Really professional, lovely experts in nail extensions. I’ve not had my nails done in years as I usually grow them but fancied a change and they had lots of different options, almost too many to choose from. I went for a gorgeous sparkly gold which is very Christmassy :)

Insanely amazing talented people! Soooooo friendly and kind. I got my nails done, a new set of acrylic and they gave me a student discount before asking if i was a student and i felt recognized:)) They did my most favourite nails i’ve ever gotten done, and did exactly what i asked (even better then what i asked for) Super sophisticated and really well done. They took extra care of my nails & spent lots of time on shaping and acrylic application which i’ve never experienced before so i know these nails are going to last. I absolutely loved them and their service

I get my nails done here sometimes and it's my favourite place to get them done as they are so kind and gentle with your nails i would definitely recommend coming here ☺

Family run business I have used for over 10 years amazing customer service and if you want beautiful nails go here. Ignore any bad reviews as the one I’ve seen is by someone who damaged their own nail then expected a refund. Best nail bar in Harrogate

WARNINGThis salon uses a cheap alternative to acrylic (called MMA) which is illegal in the US. Not only have I lost an entire nail because it was ripped out at the root, off the nail bed entirely(please see photos)- to add insult to significant injury the owner refused to give me a refund and was incredibly defensive and rude to me on the shop floor when I returned and spoke very politely to him and his staff member and informed them of what had happened.I have subsequently paid another reputable salon to remove the nails, at further expense to myself.The professional had assured me that The CHEAP products they use at USA NAILS are not suitable for nails and I don’t know if my nail will ever grow back.I implore you to book a reputable salon for your nails as it it not worth the pain, loss of earnings and utter rudeness and contempt I was faced with when using this business. I feel it is my duty as a member of the public to post this and make people aware so it doesn’t happen to them.Seriously, spread the word. I’m utterly disgusted.
