Arya Yoga Studio

From the moment you enter Arya Yoga Studio you feel at ease and calm. The studio is clean, inviting and has a warm feel about it. Nikita is an amazing teacher, very attentive patient and full of knowledge. I love that she teaches the real history and mindset behind yoga. No matter what your level she makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I always leave her classes feeling calm, refreshed both mentally and physically. The whole experience is very unique and special. Totally recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I am yet to visit the beautiful Arya Yoga studio in person, but I have practiced with Nikita online and attended an online workshop. I highly recommend these classes/workshops. Nikita is a very knowledgeable, authentic Yoga teacher who teaches from the heart and her passion shines through into her classes and workshops. I left feeling refreshed and with a sense of calm.

I've been looking for a yoga studio in the area which teaches in a traditional vinyasa style, and I've been delighted to discover Nikita at Arya Yoga. The studio is small and intimate, and the small classes mean you know you are going to get focused feedback and direction. As someone with a pretty long-standing practice, I'm very glad to have found a teacher who is able to consolidate and strengthen my yoga.

Where to start !Upon my arrival I was looked up and down in such a humiliating way I wanted to leave.I summoned the courage to show up and felt I needed to see through the lesson so did.All of my questions were disregarded or answered in such a demeaning manner I wish I hadn’t of asked at all.I mispronounced a particular pose & was laughed at, I found the whole lesson such a knock on my confidence.I was so disappointed to learn of Nikki views regarding white people, when I left I was “politely” asked not to white wash her sacred practice !From my understanding Nikki is really set in her ways and has some pretty strong, negative views regarding white people.Will not be returning.

Lovely studio with an authentic yoga experience. Left feeling very calm and revitalised. Highly recommend Arya Studio.

Highly recommend this studio, its always really clean, has good variety of classes and a great instructor. There is nowhere else like it in the area, its a really unique experience. No matter what my frame of mind is when I enter, I always feel relaxed and calm when I leave.

Niki is an amazing teacher with a vast knowledge of yoga. Niki is attentive, focused on what I needed for my body and mind. The studio is beautiful, cosy and extremely clean. I would recommend for anyone whether new or experienced at yoga to try Arya Yoga Studio as you won't be disappointed!

I have been attending classes every week with Niki for over a year now. My previous experience with yoga was fairly limited and I have found that my confidence has really grown through these classes. The small size of the sessions makes me feel very comfortable and the environment that Niki has created is welcoming, authentic and deeply relaxing.Classes are always well planned, varied and true to the real roots of yoga which I love. I genuinely wouldn't want to practice anywhere else.

What an amazing experience! I am a beginner in the world of yoga and contacted Arya Yoga regarding what class would best be suited to myself. Niky was so knowledgeable and helpful! I loved my first class, I had the best time and left feeling refreshed! I am now officially a yoga addict! I cannot recommend Arya yoga enough, such a wonderful studio, always welcoming and friendly! Such a relaxing environment and professional décor! If you are looking to spend some quality self-care time then this is the place for you! xxx

I Love Nikki's classes. The studio is a really nice calm space and her practices are so helpful. I always feel better after leaving there.
