Morgan helped me out massively today. I was unable to find certain things which they found for me immediately. I then forgot my club card and they managed to sort it out immediately with their quick till skills. Good range and service for a small tescos.

Find the staff rather rude most days with no time for customers. Wierd as the sales mostly comes from university patrons.Today I found a product sell by date was 12th October. The Security guy was not happy I had the item? Need a better Manager!

Bad shopping experience11. Close the door, but security guards won't let guests in at 10.45. This is targeted!! Not letting in colored people, but letting in later white ladies.

I am reporting an incident at Tesco Oxford Road where a customer didn't see a poorly placed 'wet floor' sign and was subsequently dragged back by an employee, resulting in a twisted ankle.This handling of the situation is alarming and not reflective of the standard of care customers expect from Tesco. I urge management to review this incident, ensure the visibility of safety signage, and retrain staff in proper, respectful customer interactions to prevent future incidents.

Some members of staff in this shop are extremely rude!In particular a male staff member who I've often seen on the self checkout tills has a very poor attitude and no respect. As a student he has made me not want to enter the store again after rudeness multiple times.

One of the staff was extremely rude to me for no reason.I'm a daily customer in this store, and usually I use a self service checkout as it's quicker. This time I had some cash and I needed a cashier.A banknote was slightly damaged so cashier refused to take it, which is OK. I gave her another banknote and asked what I should do with the one she didn't accept.She arrogantly said: You can ask a bank to replace it. *It's not my problem*". I called her out that phrase "it's not my problem" is rude and unacceptable

The Store manager called Danny has such a horrible behaviour, for students around this area of Oxford Road I differently recommend some close shops in the same area such as Spar, Coop or even Sainsbury’s to meet your level is customer needs

Come here so often after living closeby for 10 years, but all of a sudden a certain security guard decides to stop letting people in around 10 to the hour; sometimes earlier. Was at the doors after using the cash machine outside at 22:52 and he wouldn't let me in and said it was closed, yet he let 3 women in just a second before... if it closes earlier than 11pm then that should be clearly stated online. Doesn't matter if staff want to get home early, we've all got jobs and finishing/ start times and shouldn't be stopped from be able to eat.
