This was the first time we have sold a house, so knowledge of the selling process and assumptions of the journey ahead was to us, emerging as a daunting prospect.Of all the agents we approached, Spencer was the only one who supported his thoughts using presentable evidence. His valuation was realistic and achievable. Compared to some of the other quotes we received from local agents, it was clear that Spencer had a strong understanding of the housing market and a good grip on what was trending with buyers.Despite being in the upper end of the quotations we had received, the house was sold within a week at the full asking price, exactly as Spencer had predicted.Once sold, Spencer continued to manage every stage of the sale whilst regularly communicating progress and answer our questions along the way.Despite some difficult hurdles encountered during the sale, Spencer remained in control and was able to keep the integrity of the sale within a timely manner, reducing any added stress as a result.The contracts were signed and exchanges were completed without fuss or burden as anticipated by Spencer back on day 1.I would have no hesitation in referring friends and family to Spencer, when they are looking to start their own relocation journey.
