Snagsure

I wanted to review Snagsure as we used their service back in April. The service generally was fantastic and we were sent a surveyor called Will who was friendly, informative and knowledgeable…he did a thorough inspection of the property and found a number of things and provided the report really quickly and it was presented professionally. Not only did he just do the report, and just disappear…he provided thorough support and advice through his email way after the survey as we had issues with the builder and still do months down the line! He’s a credit to Snagsure and we’ve subsequently recommended him and Snagsure as a whole to anyone who buys new builds. Well done Will!

Fantastic service and experience. They were very knowledgable and helped us work out what survey made sense for us (including going for a cheaper option) and the day before the survey was due to take place, our inspector became unwell and Steven contacted us directly to advise that this would not impact our date and that he would visit himself to complete the inspection. The format of the report was easily readable and Steven offered assistance if required with communicating with our developer. Highly recommend and great service, thanks again.

We booked SnagSure to come to our New Build Redrow home on Saturday 13th May. My husband had seen alot of really good reviews for this company and with buying a new build we really wanted everything checked properly.When we completed on the house on the 12th May we did have a quick look through everything we thought may need looking at.We had Will come out to us Saturday morning - he was so polite and informative with everything. He found 118 snags. He founds lots of things we missed ourselves!We are so grateful to Will and SnagSure - thank you so very much!!!!

Tim is incredible and worth every single penny. The report that I received is thorough, and an easy read for both myself and the builder. All cross referenced to NHBC standards. He is very respectful of my property (wearing shoe covers etc). The service was comprehensive - he used a drone to check the roof and gutters. The report of the visit was with me the same evening, which is truly exceptional! Cannot recommend highly enough.

First class service, I booked this at short notice and it’s amazing how Will was able to find us and yet the delivery guys can’t! Will was friendly and personable and I felt comfortable letting him into our new home. I was exhausted from the move house looked like we had been ransacked but just felt very at ease. Will was detailed in what he would be doing and kept me posted throughout the survey and being a Virgo and a perfectionist I couldn’t believe what Will spotted that I hadn’t! I found the quote very reasonable and transparent no hard sell. The absolute icing on the cake for me was the drone pic of the house something I will treasure! Also the next morning the report arrived with extremely clear pictures of all the snags. Thanks so much for your expertise Will can’t find a snag with this company or service
