I called to speak to the workshop to seek help to get a puncture repaired on a mobility scooter, I spoke to someone at a national call centre who wanted to know all my details before doing anything, whatever happened to simple customer service without wanting to capture all your details before they've even helped you, useless.

Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Having been somewhere else first it made me appreciate the wonderful, personal service I received here from Louise and Charlotte. They listened to what I needed and took so much time to make sure it was right for me (even at the end of the day) Really can’t thank them enough

Easy Living Mobility & Stairlifts
Went here last Saturday with mum to look for a walker. The lady in the shop was so unhelpful it was unbelievable. She just gave Num the Walker and that was it. She didn’t show it her, or tell her how it folds up, this is how you adjust it etc etc. Save your time and buy from a shop who cares for its customers, as this place didn’t!

Matt was excellent and very patient ensuring the wheelchair was not just manageable in the store, but also outside and in my car.I can highly recommend this store. There was also no pressure to buy which I always appreciate!

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Matt today. I had to return my dad's unused slippers as his new orthotics wouldn't fit. The advice he & Louise has given my parents over the years has been spot on! They know what they are talking about. Great service, knowledge & expertise. Such a lovely shop with great aftercare. Definitely a gem in Sutton Coldfield & we will be back!

Great Company from the first phone call to Louise and Mat who came out to quote the fitters Jim and Rob also Jake who fitted my two stairlifts the service was first class and friendly I highly recommend this company ps many thanks to Kevin for sorting a couple of minor problems thanks again regards David Wiedemann
