Very impressive service from my first enquiry to driving car away. Dealt largely with Naim who was fantastic throughout, from making and sending a personalised video of the car to answering all questions with honesty and transparency to sorting a test drive and coaching us through the car’s technology. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I wanted to look at a Motability electric vehicle, Naim Patel the Motability specialist wasn't in on the day of my visit and I met John Barker, nothing was too much trouble he showed me round the demonstrator and provided all the information I required. I returned the next daywith my wife and met Naim who was great, he made sure the vehicle was suitable for my disabled wife and I and talked us through everything, as a result we have now placed an order for the new electric Berlingo. John and Naim made us welcome, were friendly and professional, a pleasant experience.

Recently had my e-C4 serviced at Chorley Citroen Blackburn and was really pleased with the overall professionalism and quality of customer care. Kim handled my initial booking and Kayleigh dealt with my vehicle on the day, her and Kim were both very friendly and proficient. The vehicle was serviced within 90 minutes, allowing me to get on with the rest of my day on schedule, the 360 Media workaround and digital Vehicle Health Check report are also very useful.
