Great experience at Taylor & West Lewes! Ibo at reception was super friendly as ever, plus had an amazingly thorough and kind eye examination by Sophie (Taylor-West). I went in with concerns about my eyes and came out completely de-stressed, fully understanding what is going on for my eye conditions right now. Wonderful choice of frames to choose from (including a whole wall of the amazing Kirk & Kirk styles!). Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent service and care once again!Due to my sons eye problems (and me needing glasses) we have been with Taylor West for the last couple of years. I have always felt very well looked after and the eye tests are state of the art. I can wholeheartedly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable team in Lewes and Hove.

I went to Taylor-West for an eye examination and to buy new glasses and was very impressed by the service received. The eye examination by Kyrstie was extremely thorough and professional who gave lots of time to answer all my questions. The shop was staffed by Ibo and he was a real jewel - so friendly and expert and he gave really excellent advice and service and at no point did i feel rushed despite trying on numerous frames and taking time to reach a final decision. Overall i would highly recommend the service and expertise and professionalism of the Lewes branch.

The staff are courteous and very approachable with a service that has exceeding my expectation of a optometrists. Frames come in various designs that as a customer will surely have the pleasure of finding your desired frames. Furthermore, their website design is a testament and mimics to their style of service they provide. Storefront is well maintained and open with plenty of natural light to display their quality.

Beautiful, interesting and stylish frames! I am so happy I found this place and finally got the glasses I'd been looking for for years. The service is extremely helpful, friendly and fast. I can't recommend Taylor West & Co enough if you're looking for something a bit different and perhaps colourful. I went for bright yellow frames :)

I would highly recommend this independent opticians. A very different experience to that of the usual High Street chains. They have a wonderful choice of frames and Ibo so patient in helping me to choose. In fact, I love them so much I went back and got a stunning pair of sunglasses.

Really impressed with my experience at Taylor-West. Thorough eye examination which left me feeling very reassured, while Ibo was incredibly helpful when choosing and fitting glasses. Great options available. The lenses I chose were very clear and it’s the best I’ve ever seen when wearing glasses.

A wonderful practice, it's small and so feels friendly and welcoming, and yet it's got all the modern equipment. It was great to be walked through the results of my eye examination by Kyrstie and learn from it and not feel rushed. Ibo was super helpful in choosing from a collection of very nice frames. A great experience overall!
