NO STARS for this terrible company!!!We had them down to quote for a new telephone and wifi solution at a residential home. We were told we would have the quote in a week or so, this was December we are still waiting!!! The phone lines and Internet at the residential home where with cobus when we bought the company, we tried to leave them as we where not happy with the service provided , they took over £1600 pounds out of our bank by direct debit. We complained by email, still waiting for a response this was 3 weeks ago!! We called , surprise surprise no one is free to talk to us regarding our complaint !!! Disgusting company!!!
