MVH Rental

Booked a van for Friday to move house and they called this morning (Monday) and cancelled it as it was returned broken from a hire and the earliest it can be booked in for inspection is a week today.If running a rental company with a maintenance agreement as unresponsive as that then any future damage or maintenance issues will put hires at risk.Don’t book if you are reliant upon the dates. Will now go hire from somewhere more expensive - my own fault, more £ = more reliable service.Lesson learned.

Can't recommend these enough, after having my rental cancelled by Thrifty the night before I needed the van. I managed to rent a van from these guys, process was very easy, and the guys working there made renting the van an absolute pleasure. Van was spotless and drove like a dream. They even allowed me to rent for additional days by just ringing them up. Will definitely rent from here again.

Hired a minibus for our daughter's wedding, and no regrets at all. The bus was great and the service was friendly and first class. They even arranged a sunny November day for the wedding. Thanks!

I hired a Luton van for a house move earlier this month and would highly recommend MVH for van rental.The process was seamless from start to finish, good communication before my hire date, good advice given on day of collection (as this was far and away the biggest vehicle I had ever driven), and the price was fantastic too.I definitely won't be going anywhere else if I ever need to hire again.

Needed to hire a van at short notice. They were very accommodating and helpful, in quickly completing paperwork & checking the van. The van was easy to drive and the hire price very reasonable. We would definitely use MVH again and can highly recommend them

Returning customer. After using mvh earlier this year I'm returning as the lads are so on the ball, always try to accommodate to your needs and the prices are more than reasonable. Not many hire companies keep their deposits as low as £250 these days as some big companies at the airport charge as much as £1000 nowadays. £260 for a full week hire of a brand new 2023 Corsa, No cars over 2 years old, bigger vehicles such as Kia ceed X and Kia Sportage all highly specced.I've only seen one negative review from someone complaining his hire was cancelled as hirer had 9points. To be fair the terms are very transparent. The 6 point limit is more than fair. Understandably insurance will be hard to acquire with 9points. None of us are perfect as many drivers have 3points these days. If unlucky to say get caught speeding again and there's 6. However I currently have 3 and if I was hit with another 3 realising the importance of my license I would certainly look at changing my driving habits. I guarantee the 6point limit applies to all hire companies so feel that the review is unfair. Mvh didn't get him the points, the driver himself did

10/10, would definitely recommend. The MVH team are not only efficient, but genuinely good-natured, approachable people. Everything was made easy and straightforward from beginning to end, in hiring an immaculately cared-for vehicle. Easy to get to, space to leave your own car if needed. Breakdown cover is included too. A pleasure to deal with, and significantly better prices than the national chains who quoted.
