Joanne and Chas were fun to deal with and were extremely professional and attentive. The motorhome was as new and fully kitted out, we couldn’t have asked for more. We drove up from the south coast to hire the motor home to tour the Lake District and had a fabulous holiday. We highly recommend hiring from Ace Motorhome Hire!

Absolutely first class service from start to finish.From booking the motorhome and communication with Joanne to the Initial handover with Chas. It was all very professional, genuine and friendly. Both Joanne and Chas couldn't do enough for us, taking time to answer all our questions at all points of the journey.It's very rare to find genuine people in business these days, who want to make sure you are 100% happy.Unfortunately we had a couple of issues, but again we were absolutely blown away with how professional the problem was handled, putting us, the customer, first.We wish them both every success in what they do. Chas and Joanne are wonderful people, they were so helpful and informative through all communication and when we picked up the camper. The camper comes with everything you'd need to enjoy a holiday, the only things we needed to take were clothes and toiletries.The camper was beautiful and immaculately presented, there is a full how to" guide in the camper so troubleshooting for first time campers is simple.We would not hesitate in hiring from Ace Motorhome Hire in the future and I have already passed their details to many friends.If you've never hired before or are a seasoned camper these guys are definitely the people to go to.Lisa and Jake Watkins"
