Shop itself is ok for sandwiches etc compared to others but the older lady Liz I think is her name needs to crack a smile and try pretend she wants to do the job she gets paid for, younger staff are attentive.

Terrible customer service. Staff rude and cheekily snapping at customers. Too busy having conversation among themselves to listen to customers, then blaming customer for the fact that they misheard. Maybe if they paid attention to those providing custom and kept their conversations for after their customers have been seen to then this wouldn’t happen. Will not be back.

Small store and queuing wasn't clear. Selection seemed reduced although early in the day. Good coffee. Liked Liz she was friendly and engaging.

I had a great experience within this shop. The staff were very nice and the food was lovely and warm. I come in this shop frequent and the atmosphere within the shop is just amazing :). Will be back!
