Worked for this company at a small festival in Sheffield. I would certainly work for them again. they were friendly, organised and professional; Treated with respect from the start, unlike what you can sometimes feel like working for a new company.

Worked with them for a number of years and are extremely reliable. Do what they can, when they can to help you out. Would definitely recommend to other small / large venues.

I work as a door supervisor/ site guarding for the company. When I first met with and signed up to work for them everyone was so polite and very helpful. Scot is very understanding and professional in his job so I knew from chatting to him and the others in the office that I had found a very outstanding company to work for. Still 3 months down the line I’m very happy and have had lots of shifts and have worked with very professional door staff who are prepared to do more and go way beyond in helping people. I would recommend pro tech security to anyone that are looking for a company that are professional and smartly dressed for every occasion they are always ready for work and tackle every issue and diffusing anything before it escalates..

At least one of their drivers is unsafe to be on the roads, speeding down the hard shoulder on a slipway joining the M606 trying to jump a queue of stationary traffic.Before considering employing this company, you might want to seriously think about whether you really want to give your money to keeping someone on the road who may well crash into you or someone you care about.These idiots that put getting a few cars ahead by driving both dangerously and illegally should not be allowed on the roads.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I had organised a Halloween event and asked for 2 door staff and was assured that 2 bouncers would be there. When it came to the night, only one of the bouncers turned up and said he assumed the other one would come shortly but couldn't promise anything. In the meantime, we asked him to check people's names off a list and hand out wristbands and he told us that he couldn't do all of it" without a second bouncer so he needed me to stand on the door with him all night. The other bouncer never did show up and we were told sometimes they don't like the area and simply "can't be bothered" showing up. Unacceptable. My night was completely ruined as I had spent hours planning this event and couldn't even enjoy it myself as I had to stand outside checking names off the list and handing out wristbands all night. Would not recommend to anybody."

Great company to work for. Staff are always so helpful. Whenever I can work extra hours they always accommodate and are extremely professional. Operations manager is great as he always out of courtesy calls and asks if any issues have arisen. Brilliant company to work for and I would highly recommend them to other door supervisors or venue managers.

I've used the Pro-tech team for several large events now. Always early, always friendly and always ready to work with my team onsite. Any situations with drunk customers have always been swiftly and carefully diffused. I recommend this team to everyone.

Had them for a house party recently, had the 'sound' police in Leeds be pretty unreasonable about the situation and the bouncers were really helpful. Didn't let anyone in that shouldn't have been there and were really pleasant bouncers.

When I was a duty manager at Bar Soba, both the doormen and the ops managers were great. The doormen were quick to act if there was an issue and the ops manager quick to respond. The director of the company, Joe is very hands on and would make regular appearances to ask how things are going.I would definitely recommend this company when searching for door staff.
