Very disappointed. Took mum in for respite yesterday at 10.30am We had no welcome just shown to the room ( which seemed to be putting him about) and told someone would come and see us shortly. We sat there for 2 and a half hours. No offer of a drink even when he walked past us with the tea trolley. Then all residents were taken to the dining room for lunch...nobody came to ask mum to join them. We didnt even know where the dining room was. At 1pm I'd made up my mind this wasnt the environment I was happy leaving my mum in. Packed up and left. Completely different scenario from when we went to look around and then again last week for mums assessment. Very upset and angry
