Colco Plumbing & Heating

This was my first experience of dealing with Colco. Whilst David explained they were snowed under, he kindly spoke with one of the engineers & advised me he would attend later in the afternoon. I found communication was excellent from start to finish. The engineer was very professional, efficient & helpful, thank you for adding to your workload today.We take things for granted until they don't work, my children were feeling really cold & David went the extra mile & clearly cared. I value those qualities in life so much, it really makes a difference. . An excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business. You have gained an extra customer, thanks again.
