Llangorse Multi Activity Centre

Our son rides horses at home, and wanted to go out in the Beacons whilst on holiday in Wales, we actually ended up booking another session for him too, so he went out twice up their, one rain and one sun, (thinks it's pretty fitting in the UK to do both! ) This is an activity centre as well with climbing facilities and a lovely little cafe, I can recommend the chips and tea! Not expensive either. A great time spent their.

I took the kids here back in April 2022. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with the kids. They tried the indoor climbing taster and coaching session and absolutely loved it. My then 6 year old was apprehensive but wanted to join in at the same time with her big brothers she has additional needs as all the kids do but the staff were so patient and accommodating with her and she had a fab time climbing the walls, bouldering and doing the very high course. I also brought her back herself the following day for a little horse riding and we both went on a little hack. She absolutely loved little conker. The price was very reasonable and well worth it to see the kids happy faces. If we are back down that way we will definitely return.

I went for a two hour ride and had a lovely time. Staff are very friendly. The scenery is beautiful with views over the lake. The horses seemed well cared for and our riding monitor was friendly and knowledgeable.I love climbing so I also checked out the facilities after the ride. They look very inviting, there is climbing and bouldering for adults and children.I hope to return soon, for camping, climbing and of course more horse riding.

We came to Llangorse to make use of the indoor climbing facilities - specifically top rope and bouldering. We were not disappointed! Friendly staff - quick registration and excellent, large indoor climbing areas. Highlight would be The Pit which offers a natural 'outdoor' rock face inside! The bouldering rooms are also well set up and have plenty of problems at a variety of grades - enough to keep us happy for a few hours. Kit hire was available too - which was great as we were visiting whilst on holiday and didn't have our own kit with us. There's a cafe on site too. Can't speak for the rest of the centre - but we'll come climbing here again next time we're in the area.

A brilliant place to visit. So much to do in one place, the kids absolutely loved it. Our party of five ranged in age from 11 to 76 and we all spent 2 hours in the morning horse riding (£44 each). Hannah and Daisy were brilliant staff, guiding us on the trail and helping us if we needed any assistance along the way. They were very knowledgeable about the area, the horses and very friendly and easy to get on with.We had lunch in the cafe (no panninis mentioned on the website) which was very nice and needed after the ride. We had baked potatoes, ham and cheese toasties as well as tea and coffee.Four of us did the indoor climbing activities in the afternoon which were great. We practiced on the small walls at the beginning, then the high wall, 'rope' bridges, indoor caves and then the high abseil. Jani our instructor was incredibly patient, calm, friendly and a pleasure to be around. It was all great fun and very safe (£38 each but £36 for 4 or more booked together).All the staff wore masks indoors and there was hand sanitiser in numerous locations. A very friendly environment and welcoming to all. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic camping experience. Stayed for 3 nights and found the campsite to be spacious, out of the way. The showers and toilets are modern and clean. There is good wifi coverage at the end of the field. The views of the lake and sun setting over the Pen y Fan valley is gorgeous. I enjoyed the freedom of pitching where we fancied and the non-interference of the owners. Also the night sky is very clear for stargazing. I will definitely recommend this campsite.

An impromptu visit for our kids. We had a warm welcome and had an amazing time. Our kid had a great time, thanks to Joe their instructor. Well worth a visit, a loads there. Climbing centre was brilliant and varied. Thanks

What a great experience my two boys had here. Bodie and Josh were great with them and gave them confidence for the two hour session. Still probably the best activity centres for both adults and kids with great instructors.Highly recommend the cafe as well, great food and lovely staff.A great day out.

I thoroughly recommend visiting here if you're into climbing or would like to try it out. Great mix of climbing and bouldering walls. And some really impressive indoor caves! Took the family and we all loved it!
