Very unprofessional agency especially a lady called Simina in Wembley! As long as they are demanding your deposit and monthly rent they reply to all the emails and calls but once you have move out of your flat/house and you don't serve any interest to them then you will have to be chasing them for month to get your deposit back and even then they keep coming up with deductions from your deposit which they can't prove and can't give invoices to see what they had to replace in the apartment from your deposit! Which means they didn't replace anything they are just trying to take your money for no reason since they can no longer charge you for agency fee so they have to get that money back somehow.

I don't normally write reviews, but I'd just like to sing my praises for jatin at Ellis and Co Wembley branch. He assisted me and took care of all my property issues and saved me a ton of time. He handled the situation with great professionalism with a top sense of humor. 10/10
