Pretty atrocious service from this place. Overall the customer experience is rude and sour, doesn't feel good to be in that store, you're treated like a problem not a customer. They don't honour anything, you can forget about getting a refund from them. Very likely that I'll never walk in there again.

Really rude and unprofessional customer service in a dirty small store. As others have writen previously, I totally agree they are playing with you to make more money out of you. Basically I only printed 3 black and white paper and they have charged me for internet even though I only used it for a couple of seconds. He literally asked me to not come back in his store with an unprofessional behavior. So I will definitely not come back there and spread the word around me to all my family, friends...There is a nice store across the road anyway so not a big loss. Sincerely.

Been a regular in the Internet cafe for sometime, really friendly and helpful staff. Internet is also faster than the other cafes I’ve tried. Highly recommended and will visit back

Had replaced the charging port for samsung phone. Very poor quality part was installed after that the phone was not charging with the normal cables and then the shop provided a cable which did work but takes like 7 hrs to charge the phone full. Will not recommend this place at all

Do not trust.I brought my phone for a screen repair. Worked fine for a month then all of a sudden stoped working.had to take my phone to apple for a proper repair

I visited this shop several times and I was really satisfied with the service, the shortest time repaired my phone, till I have waited used the internet as well. So I was happy all help what I got from them. I can recommened to everyone.

My son went here for a quote for iPhone 5 replacement and got a quote for £25. When we took the phone to the shop for actual repair they jacked up the price to £35 giving some flimsy excuse that quote was misheard etc. Dodgy shop - don't go. Go to the shop opposite.
