Quality of work, customer service, communication and updates all excellent. The repair took longer than I would have hoped but understand parts shortages were a major contributing factor to this. Ultimately the quality of repair was excellent, which is most important, and I was kept regularly updated as to progress. Overall a good experience, and would recommend.

5 weeks since accident not 1 call email or text. I have asked for lead times no response. I have asked for engineers report on what the repairs are going to be carried no response from my insurance company or the garage. I extremely annoyed. I’ve done all the chasing and still got no answer.The courtesy car is joke. Our car is a mid range suv and the car we’ve been given is a tatty dirty seat soiled fiat 500. The hirer run by kids when walking round inspections the car pointing out scratches dings and scuffed alloys said all that didn’t matter. Pointed out the soiled seating I was told it’s a common fault with the fabric fiat use….Wind screen washer jet missing…. The whole experience is mind blowing especially when insurance premiums have doubled this year.

I am very pleased with the way Solus dealt with my car repair. I especially appreciated the prompt and efficient way my repairs were dealt with and the way I was given regular updates on progress. My car was collected and returned at exactly the time agreed and the driver who did this was very courteous and helpful. All of this made my car repair a smooth and straightforward process and was much appreciated. Thank you for the courtesy clean and for making my car look like new again!

I was really impressed from the first call and inspection by Danny and review of the damage and repairs needed, to the offer of a courtesy car which came with a fair bit of petrol in it and was a lovely car to drive too. I had Courtesy Car 'Corsa envy' as it had auto fold in mirrors, reversing camera and heated seats which mine does not! The respray overall looks very good, the Up! looks like new, even some small scratches around the rear bumper from loading etc were made good as promised. The colour seems to be matched with the roof which didn't need respraying (although the weather has been wet and dull, no sunny day yet to really inspect it with a keen eye) the interior was clean and tidy too. I am more satisfied than I expected or even dared hope. The last time I had a repair where a company carried it out entirely (it was the third party's insurer) many years ago it was a very poor job and I was worried this might be the same, but I'm relieved and so happy with the result. Staff were very polite and help full in dealing with my repair to the car. I was kept informed of the various staged and the timeline for receiving my car back. Waiting time for the collection at the end was very shout and all was dealt with in a very efficient manner. Well Done
