Cheshire East Council Crewe Customer Service Centre

Absolutely amazing customer service team at reception they have been so helpful today and looking after me thankyou so much guys.

The staff with in the team are brilliant. I have worked with Cheshire for over 15 year through every fab the council has tired to imply, empowertcards etc, costing a lot of money and ultimately failing. I even offered to set up a day centre from the short fall in care of the elderly in east Cheshire, if the council gave me a buildings rent free for 12 months, this was to no prevail. Yesterday we were told we would no longer get work from the council because of the answer we put on 5 questions, I believe that it boils down to price. I don’t think this will come anything anyway and the pricing gap between private and council work means that we will be better off not working with the council, my fear is that vunerable clients will not receive the high level of support they need, and our Cheshire clients some of over 8 years will be devastated. Cheshire east is too top heavy and they need to look internally and cost cutting not at how they can stretch their providers to breaking

Avoid tracey bailey at all costs don't let her put you In the corner and bully you and her manager aswell. Complete baby takers at the highest standard if you have mental health do not ask for help they will screw you over. They put you in corners bully you give you no answers promise you make you do everything and it will end in a negative. Plus give PR to perpetrators of domestic violence with convictions. Absolute waste of tax payers money.

No stars preferably, no one ever answers the phone , when they do its the same person each time trying their best, obviously under a lot of pressure due to the lack of staff they have on board. I have battled with Cheshire Easts complaint team over this spring/summer and they wiped their hands of it by saying it can go to the ombudsman. What circus are they running when they cant accept ownership and deal with the service users experiences to help them change for the better. As the previous review highlights absolute joke , especially since the recent headline on the BBC 'councillors requesting salary increase'. God knows why they all seem to be great in their ivory towers avoiding problems in society because they are able to live well , and forget about the under belly of poverty in Cheshire. When it comes to them actioning change they do everything in to pass it off as not their responsibility so what is the point of having them !

Discusting how they treet parents. For 2 years I have been trying to get help with my daughter and for 2 years they have not helped atall... Honestly the worst I have ever been treated in my life.Very bad experience

Corrupt lying bullies. Doesntt matter which department you want to know about, they're all the same. Lies lies and lies. Criminally investigated too, whens the next police report coming?Claim work had been approved, went back on it. Dont want to take simple action to prevent someone getting hurt or killed because its not financially viable to them

Simple question do I need a licence to setoff fireworks at a wedding on private land? No specific information on the website so rang customer services who didn't know so put through to licensing who didn't know said I needed to ask trading standards so put through to them and a message came on and said they were closed!! Took 9 minutes which I paid for to get no where. Cheshire East needs to improve urgently. This is not customer service.

Total shocking I had awful experience with this people especially when I was very heavily pregnant too and they didn’t even sort out conflict of interest they never listen to me finding out the social worker was only newly qualified social worker too ! Never again they treat me my family like scum bags when we are very family unit! The case was joke anyway they soon run off when I pass my pams assessment!!! Nosing into my life and family

I would just like to thank Denise Mansfield for all her help in the past couple of weeksHer customer support went the extra mile, she was helpful and friendly, a big change from the normal customer support the public receives from council staff who are less than helpful and make one feel as if we are just a nuisance.Denise thanks again you have restored my faith in customer care at Cheshire EastRegards LW Harrison
