I work at airport so it’s good pit stop for fuel and other stuff including pay point for top up, best place for fuel but worse customer service. Especially an employee named Linda, on everyone occasion why I went for top up the card through paypoint, her excuse is it’s broken or she is not trained to do it or so..and the amount of swearing she does is another level while at work

Rudest staff member ever - she shouldn't be customer facing. Go to the co-op instead.The Gulf service station is also a Hermes parcel drop and my nearest one at that. I regularly sell items on ebay and have parcels on a daily basis. As this was my closest shop I went here at first, but the small female staff member completely resents accepting parcels and is completely rude.She stares at you in a horrible manner from the second you walk through the door. She snaps and barks orders at you, like your a kid who's just stepped out of line and she regularly refuses to accept parcels because they are too big. I'm not speaking huge oversized parcels here, I'm speaking like a3 sized boxes. There is no notice or information on parcel sizes and she just seems to make up what she's willing to accept based on her mood.Recently I went in after dropping my wife off at work at 6am to be told in a hostile manner that the machine wasn't on. So naturally I waited assuming she was going to switch it on. Then she snapped at me with another aggresive comment. I explained I was waiting for the machine to be turned on, she aggresively told me to come back later.Whether the woman is right or wrong in not accepting parcels is an opinion. But the way she handles herself is disgusting. She should not under any circumstances be in a customer facing role.I avoid this place at all costs and go to the co-op at Stoneywood instead, but occasionally I am in a hurry and have to use this place. I do so through gritted teeth and do my best not to tell this woman where to go.

Nice and handy stop-point during your journey a wide choice of goods: from food via snacks and phone accessories to car accessories. And obviously good and clean fuel with super fast pomps.

Disgusted by attitude of older female member of staff working at 8.45pm on Friday 8th April, who would not allow us to use toilet area nor offer any help whatsoever when my young daughter suffered a massive nose bleed. My daughter began to go in to shock from having to sit at the front door outside in the cold, blood all over the pavement, she had to sit down because she was dizzy. Even a member of airport staff tried speaking to this woman to see if we could come in, but she simply didn't care. Formal complaint will be lodged and a note of all these similar reviews of staff from this establishment will be shared with the company. Why does Gulf employ staff with such shocking reviews when there are plenty of people in Aberdeen in search of employment?

Drove nearly two hours from south to pick up at the airport. Popped in to get something to drink. Refused to sell me a bottle of water as didn’t have any change and I wanted to pay using a £10 note. That’s not my problem really, you should run your store better and have the tools you need (ie change) to complete the basic function of selling stuff to customers. Happy Christmas to you too!

This vile woman is still working there, I walked in for a drink and first thing I heard was every effing time" and then the door slams and she's back behind the counter. I just smiled politely and said to have a nice day...never had that before in there

5 stars for the staff without a doubt. 1 single star based on the fact you need a second and third mortgage to fill up here. There's is another fuel station not so far away that's way cheaper :)

I always use this to top up my engine

Expensive in the shop and the staff inside were a little preoccupied with their own conversation, there wasn't much interaction as a result.
