This post is after contacting them through ebay but no response.Absolutely disgusted with Volksmine.DO NOT USE for reconditioned engines!!!!!!Ordered an engine from them, they sent the wrong engine and argued over it. Eventually took it back and took my engine to recondition.My engine came back rushed so I was dubious. A sprocket was bent and timing belt was too tight so had to go over it to check their work.Long story short...my car now has blue smoke and burning oil. Compression test shows compression issues, camera shows damage to rings which obviously weren't changed originally and swarf remained in chambers to cause this damage.So now I am at square one again needing yet another engine reconditioning...ABSOLUTE JOKERS

Took the car to them with one problem, I picked it up with 3 problems. Went back the next day to explain to them about it, they refused to look at the car.Basically after taking your money ( which wasn’t cheap at all ) they don’t want to know youI wish I read the reviews before taking my car to them, rip off merchant.

The most unproffesional pair of guys in this world, they actually do not know what they are talking about. Con men that charge for parts which they do not even keep in stock, very unfair and very unhelpfull please stay away guys.

Got 4 injectors and fuel rail. Good pricees, excellent customer service. Loads of new and second hand parts available.

I would 100% recommend this company, used them a fair few times now and always happy to help. without fail always provides good service regardless of the issue. And very fairly priced.

cowboys tried to sell me a vw touran it was 6 different colours rotten in places it cost me £40 in fuel plus the time for a 110 mile round trip it was obvious it had been in a accident £2000 for a car that should be scrapped avoid at all cost
