Ferry was on time , waiting area clean and tidy. New pier walkway has been finished and allows you to walk down the pier without worrying about the traffic

At nearly 37 quid for a return, this is outrageously overpriced. At this price, you should at least expect a complimentary coffee while you wait, but not so much as a welcome greeting, just a bland, sterile waiting area. I dared not check out the prices at the coffee bar, but if it was anything like the prices at the single snack vending machine, I would say profiteering" is a mild word to use.When it came to boarding

A low fuss way to cross the solent.Boat today running to time, though the last time we went it was a few minutes late and we watched the hourly train at Ryde head off out the station.Refurbished terminal is nice enough but is rather cut off from the likes of Gunwharf even though it's right next door.

2hr gaps in the morning and afternoon timetable is not acceptable. Jobsworth inspector also wouldn’t let me on with a through train ticket which includes the crossing.

Great service, easy to book and check in. The toilets were lovely, use them before you sail, as Ryde is having alot of work done.

I travel abroad a lot, and everywhere I go the ferry services be it in Greece, Hong Kong, USA, Canada are cheaper more frequent and simply better. How is it we are putting up with one ferry an hour in this day and age? absolutely scandalous.
