First time going to jkp hairspa today my appointment to have my hair coloured was with Raziye she done an amazing job on my hair I've definitely found my new hair dressers from now on I would definitely recommend her to do your hair! X

I did balayage with Jack. I absolutely disappointed with the results: I got yellow hair and balayage technic was very specific, so I didn’t get a mix with my natural hair and white hair, as I believe is traditional balayage. I got yellow coloured hair with natural colour on the roots, no mixture. And I paid for this 100£! Hair cutting and drying were Ok, so that 2 stars. For balayage 0 starts.
