Lovely place, highly recommend, took my cockerpoo in for a groom, they were so friendly, and brought my boy back smelling lovely and looking amazing.Thank you.

If you're looking for a German shepherd pup this place is amazing, my German shepherd pup has an amazing temperament. Beautiful dog .The groomer here is awesome tooI literally wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

My two indoor cats went in for 5 days healthy and happy and came home with diarrhoea, vomiting, and weight loss. They had to be taken to the vets for antibiotics and antisickness medication, one of my cats still isn't eating properly. Her personality has completely changed. I emailed Latneys to let them know they'd come home with a severe gastrointestinal infection as thorough cleaning would need to be done within the cattery, and also to ask if they had been ill during their stay, but I had no reply 3 days later. Not even to wish them a speedy recovery. Won't be using them in the future.

2nd time our dogs have stayed at latneys, first time 1 of our dogs had lost alot of weight, the second all the collars, harnesses and leads were ruined, gor a half hearted apology and no response from an email we sent the day of picking them up. Absolutely disgraceful, will not be using them again. Very disappointed, if you are reading this owners of latneys, I will not be recommending you or sending our dogs back to you.

First time leaving my 6 month pup with a kennel, collected him week later and he looked really well put on weight and had bit of a growth spurt had a complimentary bath for his return. Was happy puppy will be using again and also be putting my older dog in with him at end of year and going forward to next year.

Left my dog here for 2 weeks with all her food she went in chubby come out skinny and weak as anything I’m so angry my poor baby she also has bad stomach and runs I have simple instructions for her food as it’s the only food good for her tummy they us back the wrong biscuits also my dog is traumatised I was told I would get photos didn’t receive one will never use these again and it’s well over charged especially if ur taking ur own food it’s like they just check on them when they feel like it I’m so disappointed just to make people see look at her ribs she was full out and chubby when I took her there’s a photo of how big she was and then now how big she is after 2 weeks of being there I feel so sorry for my little fur baby I will be taking this a lot further I’m not having this

Buster had a wonderful stay at Latney’s. He was well cared for and loved all of the attention. The staff were excellent. Highly recommend.

Awful PlaceWe put our big fat contented cat in Latneys for one week. When they returned him he had lost half his body weight, he was dazed, confused and so weak he could barely walk. He suffered kidney failure and had to be put down. Do not trust this place with your animal they are an utter disgrace and do not deserve to look after any animal

Our cat was loved and cared for over Christmas by the wonderful and caring, dedicated team at Latneys. Thank you, as always, for the work you do. Latneys is a great place for your pets, and being a long time customer, wouldn't dream of sending our cat elsewhere. Latneys is the best!
