I have used A plan for years for commercial and car insurance, and they have been outstanding. It is so refreshing to have people who you can call up, and who know you by name. They have helped me on numerous occasions and I recommend them people who need someone as a go between with the insurance companies, explaining and managing changes and getting the best prices.

I may be speaking to them just once a year but every time it is a joy. Someone always picks up the phone, no recorded message, no menu and always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. So rare in England!
