They are very nice and very helpful and good that you can do drop in there

Wasnt very impressed, whilst sitting in the waiting area a member of staff asking about why i was there ...did not get offered a private area to talk or appointment.

They provide advice, oddly enough. Good, accurate, sensible advice about things that worry people - debt, money, benefits, family issues, consumer problems, work immigration etc. Free and confidential.

Whenever I have been there the assistants have always been well informed and if they didn't know something they would work hard to find the answer.

Helped me fill out my disability form for my daughter the man filling the form James was helpful ,don’t know how I would of done it with out his help credit to the citizens advice.

Had to give it a full 5 star rating as the help they provide you is really great. Ran into an issue with my landlord. Approached the people at the council and followed exactly what they said. These are really helpful people and there's no fee for the consultation they provide.

I want to say a massive thank you to Cara Faulkner for the excellent unstinting help and support she has provided over the past few years. I am a volunteer mentor with PROMISE Works and for a number of years have been helping a vulnerable young person who has had to deal with numerous serious issues, obstacles and medical conditions. Cara has helped us navigate through countless encounters with organisations supposedly there to help but invariably have been unhelpful or unresponsive. She has been tremendous in helping keeping us going, giving us hope, pointing us in the right direction and, is the only person we have been dealing with who always returns calls/messages. We've eventually got where we need to be, thank you Cara.
