Amazing. Hi there, I just ordered a large order from 3DTotal and it was an amazing experience. First of the products – oh my god, the products, they are amazing. I ordered the adaptable male anatomy figure, the anatomy female figure, and the male mini bust. The products are directly manufactured by 3DTotal, because their signature is literally part of the anatomy model's mold. These models are amazing, and literally all my artist friends lose their minds over these models. The adaptable male figure is so detailed and professional, made of amazing quality sturdy material. I cannot imagine a better figure. They came in some very good packaging and very protected from any form of damage. This is literally the top gift for any artist if you want to get it. I lost my mind when I got them, and I recommend them completely. I am a professional artist myself and have seen these models in sooo many YouTube videos of big-name artists and illustrators. These models are THE models to get. I cannot recommend them enough; I would post a picture if I could.The male anatomy figure has interchangeable parts so that you can mix and match torsos, hands, and heads, and they are connected by a ridiculously strong magnet, fitting together seamlessly. I will love these sculptures, and one day when I die, I want my children to get them; I will literally put them in my will, you guys.As for shipping and customer service, I have literally never had such good customer service. I once tried ordering from the Proko website, and they were not nearly as friendly and helpful as the 3DTotal staff, particularly Verity. Verity was personally assisting me, and I was supposed to make my order in a specific way, and I didn't know how to go about it, so she exchanged at least 10 emails with me. She responded to me in 30 minutes to an hour for every email I sent. It was a very time-sensitive order, and she was so helpful and so accommodating that she made it possible for me to have these amazing sculptures now. So in conclusion, that woman deserves a raise; I have never ever had the pleasure of such amazing customer service. 100 out of 10 for the customer service. She assured me that even if the package was lost, they would issue a full refund.So please do not worry about lost packages. I am from a really poor Eastern European country that is not part of the EU, and packages are really hard to get here; the post office is corrupt, and people steal packages all the time. So in the middle of COVID, I once ordered a big package from them and made the mistake of paying for shipping without tracking, and my package was lost, but probably just stolen by the postmen. When I emailed them about it, they immediately refunded me. So really, this company is run by some really good and well-meaning people; they literally have always done right by me and always done everything to accommodate me. And that is why I am giving them a 100-star review because they deserve it, and you will not make a mistake in ordering from them.

Not recommended. Slow shipping and really bad customer service.First of all, my order arrived only after 3 weeks and I am based in Netherlands which is literally super nearby UK so they are really slow. Then, I received one of the books damaged/bent and Adam from support had a very irresponsible and unprofessional attitude. He's one of those 'It's damaged but you can still use it' type of person and thus didn't offer to send a new copy. Excuse me but when I purchase something as a customer I expect it to be in top condition, and I am entitled to. Even if it went wrong during shipment and was 'outside your control' it's your duty as a seller to rectify that and ensure a satisfying shopping experience because that IS within your control. It shocks me how a lot of businesses are still so irresponsible and indifferent about it and sadly 3dtotal is among one of them.The only good thing about buying from them directly is that they give you free goodies but even one of my goodies was heavily damaged, and Adam of course had an 'it's free so you can't complain' attitude about it. It's so utterly stupid.So, my conclusion: Don't shop from here. Just go to reseller sites like Amazon or something. It's really not worth it.

Warning! Just go away, I backed them on Kickstarter and almost after a year I haven’t received the promised items and their communication is just awful, not to say how many emails I have to send them… and still nothing!?
