New Look
Can't belive I spend 20 minutes in a queue to be told I have to go to post office to send the items back cos I paid by PayPal. This is ridiculous! Then all this useless amateur at the till is insane, no one knows what's doing, always when is super busy they seem to train people, just crazy... wasting another 10 min so in total, 30 minutes of my day got wasted on your store for nothing! Such a shame! I used to like this store. From now on I will avoid at any costs.

New Look
Hi so I went to the Newlook store today. And I was trying on a coat when my phone was stolen. When asked for the CCTV footage of the store I received a reply that the camera of that location was not working and the other camera doesn’t cover the location. If this is the state of a brands like these then they should probably close there store if they are not able to maintain it.Also the staff is very rude as when I was trying to make a complaint one staff member didn’t even listen to my issue properly. I have a feeling the staff is also involved in such crimes.

The employees in Oracle New look are the friendliest people, every encounter is like speaking to a friend and they do everything they can to make it easy and just a lovely experience.

Small place, a bit cramped. Could not get much help in finding the size though the website shows there is good availability of the product of that size.Prices during sale looked good, but not sure if it's worth the original tag price.

Good quality, nice collection of almost everything a lady wants specifically for jeans. NL is always my #1 for jeans. Very good customer service from Sammie. She’s very nice and helpful.

The lady worker was fantastic. Did not have the Oodie I wanted in store so got it delivered to my home address. She was brilliant. She is what customer service is all about.

New Look use to have a good 70% sale and people who can't afford to buy things on full price or even half price they take advantage of that but now they do have sale but not on good useful stuff.So I can't buy anything I just go ther , checked the prices and left the store.

I went into New Look in The Oracle. I don't think I've ever been in the New Look before in Reading. Do you think much of it. It's very quiet then I think it was like 2 other customers. The clothes to me were expensive. I can understand that events can be quite for being in The Oracle.

I like the clothes and their affordability but the attitude of the staff is horrible. Now reading the comments below it seems that this has always been the case.They are straight up rude and make faces when approached.I had visited the oracle store today around 3:30 pm to collect my online order. But I don’t think I will be shopping here again.
