BM Blinds

Super quick service - I ordered at lunchtime and they were ready a few hours later. The blinds are great quality, just what I was after, and at a great, competitive price. Will be sure to return if/when I need more blinds.

Really disappointed with Bm blinds. Failed to attend my appointment which had been booked for over a month, left no card, didn't try to contact me even though I had requested to be called before he comes out. My husband was at home but they claim he didn't open the door? Receptionist didn't help either when I called them.

Terrible. Came out to measure up, said that the blinds I wanted would not fit on my patio doors. He advised me that I would need to make some alteration i.e. Pack the handle out so the blind would fit. He left the pieces to make the changes, I took the handles off and did as he said. I took a picture and sent it to him as requested with a message. No response at all. A simple no would have sufficed instead of just ignoring me. Disgusting customer service. I managed to get hold of another company and they came out within a week and said the same blind for my patio door could be done without having to take handles off. Guess what, as of today it has been done, professional and good customer service. Stay clear he will just ignore you. I should have believed the reviews that I read.

I have Used BM blinds in my last and current home and I will be moving again at the end of the month. I honestly couldn’t fault their service. The blind fittings have always been perfect and are good quality, price is decent and including fitting the cheapest company I have found so far. Receptionist is always lovely. I would highly recommend them.

Waiting in for measurements and no one turned up. Call the shop and said no one wrote in book and can’t get out for another week. Complete waste of time.

Use these every time I move for a full house , so had a few over the years, reliable, efficient service, come out to measure up and give quote and arrange date for fitting, friendly staff, reasonable prices, have recommended and would again, thanks guys
