It's all good, staff and vets very understanding with your worries over your pet and give excellent care.

Good vets. Our dog had her kennel cough and jabs. She doesn't like any other dogs so they let her go out the back way.

Today we unfortunately had to put our cat to sleep. The surgery was very professional and compassionate throughout the process. The vet himself came and spoke to me about the options available. Once he was put to sleep we was left to gather ourselves and not rushed out the door. Thank you for your help today.

I was able to get an urgent appointment, my dog received the treatment she needed. Staff really friendly. Stephanie and Lorna were especially helpful and knowledgeable regarding the pet plans, explaining everything and even taking the time to fuss my dog. Great experience

I had to rush my cat William to the Minster Eagle vets surgery with a swollen abdomen. Despite not actually being registered there they responded with such urgency and genuine care they were brilliant. The nurse saw him straight away diagnosed the potential problem and rushed him to the Birchington branch to see a vet immediately. Unfortunately my cat had to be put down but they handled this with such care and compassion-which I am so grateful for as it is such an upsetting time for any pet owner. Everyone I met there from the nurse to the reception staff were genuinely so kind, professional and are evidently passionate about what they do-in all the right ways.
